My Treasured Memories has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate a commitment to the privacy of its customers. The following sets out information gathering and dissemination practices for My Treasured Memories or any website through which it conducts business, and for personal information it collects by any other means (including by mail, email, phone or in person).

You accept this Privacy Policy by using and continuing to use our website and services. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our website following posting of changes to these terms indicates your acceptance of any updates.
Other information we collect and our use and disclosure of your information
The types of information we collect and hold about you include your name, address, email address and telephone number.
Our website’s registration form requires you to provide your name and address, the primary user’s name, create a password and provides certain contact information. The customer’s contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary in day-to-day running of our website and service provision. Initial information may be collected in connection with the use of our web interface.
We also occasionally send emails and newsletters to our users, announcing special promotions, changes in our services and other information we believe will be of interest to our users. Users may opt out of receiving future mailing by informing us of their decision to do so.

My Treasured Memories has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All user information is stored on a server operated using standard security measures. Notwithstanding these efforts, we caution you that “perfect security” does not exist on the internet and therefore you share information at your own risk.
Correct/update/access
Users can visit their account to change or modify information previously provided. If you believe personal information we hold about you is not up-to-date or accurate, you may ask us to correct it. You may ask us to provide you with details of the personal information we hold about you, and copies of that information. We will respond to your request and attempt to provide you with the data within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request. If we provide you with copies of the information you have requested we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administration costs of providing you with that information.
Complaints
If you consider a breach of the Australian Privacy Laws or other rights in relation to privacy has occurred, you may direct your query to the details listed on this website and we will attempt to resolve your complaint.
